Nice to see that although we have moved back a bit today that we have managed to stay above 4c.

A part of me is still a little suspicious of the timing of this upward move in relation to the resolutions that management want passed at the upcoming agm. Quite a few have raised concerns over resolutions 3,4 and 7 about gifting Maria shares at 3 cents and also about trying to limit dilution with res 7.

If Maria is to get the option to buys shares over the next 5 years they should be higher than the current share price to provide an incentive - not at 3cents!

I have already voted No to these and hope that others give thought to the same.

We have seen a few of these little pump and dumps this year so obviously hoping that the predictable fall does not re-occur and management are able to follow this upward momemtum with an positive announcement.
