Mr Perry,
Not sure about a law suit but I am concerned that they may not be able to maintain the distributions they have been paying. The numbers do not support a distribution and IMO, the payments could be eroding their cash position and therefore increasing their finance costs. In a tight credit market, I'm not sure if its good business practice to place yourself in a credit squeeze like that. I wonder how long they will maintain their distribution levels of around 5.25 cents per unit? Time will tel I guess. My opinion on the distribution stems from the banks not passing on all of the 1% cut in interest rates to maintain liquidity but these guys are reducing their own liquidity by paying the distributions. Go figure!
