1) I acknowledge holders (most of whom are way longer term than me) are "frustrated" that the Ph3 cardio has taken the "scenic route" between Ph2 results and commencement of Ph3 - but AGAIN I'll simply say, based on current publicly available information, it will move into Ph3 this year, it's a BIG job, so yes, it takes very real time to plan and execute the trial!

2) Apart from point "1", I really can't see what people are getting steamed up over, the business is exactly where it planned to be - YES, probably it would have hoped Ph3 cardio was formally underway, at the end of this tunnel, it ain't going to make any real difference!

3) The company has successfully raised, just earlier this year, many millions of dollars from some of the worlds most professional and hard to impress investors - that means teams of medical and fiscal experts crawling all over your business - they ain't there for failure!

4) MSB's technology has not reported any material failings.

5) MSB may benefit from the streamlining of Japanese and US (others?) drug approval legislation - this could see HUGE progress made in 2014/15. Once these two GIANTS put stem-cells into the express lane - watch out!

6) In pharma type stocks you want little public commentary, from either the business or investors, ie, the CSL thread is a good general example - let's just get on with it and that's where MSB is no-doubt focused!

***Finally*** let's all just wait until the annual results announcements and then will all have new info to consider and comment on. At this hour there appears no need for panic, frustration yes, not panic.
