    Agree.
    Form 605 (notice of ceasing to be substantial holder) was announced today from Barclays PLC - 37,402,554 shares with date of change stated as 11-11-2019. So something is happening as we speak.
    Would be nice to have some clarification from the company?.
    My speculation, this 37m odds shares could be previously owned by the Director (Xiameng) - are we unfolding the tangible mess!
    Could someone with better knowledge shed some light on this ann? Thanks in advance.
