I suppose technically you could be called correct - without the needle to hold skins from flapping in the severe winds - humans probably would have survived in very tiny pockets somewhere on the planet --
like without masks, hygiene and vaccinations - we would survive as a species as well -------------- just not a lot of us and in far fewer areas
bloody childish argument ----- because ------- our biggest skill is adaptation
that means we build tools to survive --------- stone axes, needles, masks - and iphones
