Its not shonky as its correct to say every company offers this. You provide your credit details when you sign up for a free trial, and its in the conditions that unless you unsubscribe from the membership before the free trial ends you will be charged a membership fee. THis is usual and if peeps are not reading the conditions then its their own fault if they get stung with a membership charge. Its very nice of KGN to refund the charge if the request for refund came soon after fee charged and no benefits of membership were used it is logical that a refund would be payable if its clear it was accidentally omitted to unsubscribe within the time allocated. There is nothing shonky here really, its just a normal practice for most if not all free trial offers, its just good business practice and its legal not shonky, In fact you ELARI should desist labelling KGN shonky on this issue as you could be up for defamation charges. Beware all who indulge in such defaming criticisms when nothing illegal or shonky has happened! Those peeps are at risk. This thread should be removed
