10 minutes after the first shots fired... I'm sorry for the tragedy... But the Police acted like amateurs, not their fault per say...that's the way they train... systematic and procedural... Create an environment which is unique and their head doesn't know what to do...

I heard on the radio that the snipers didn't know their legal rights and whether or not they were allowed to shoot the terrorist therefore they held off and why the saga went on for quite some time and yes they did appear amateur but it seems their hands were tyed. Anyways we live and learn
