independent research My sources tell me that the recent buying have been predominantly institutional in nature. Anthony Kain has started to actively sell the story and research is currently being drafted by several houses.
From what I have heard the valuation estimates are looking very rosy. I think there are currently 5 houses getting reports ready, and each are at various stages of completion.
