    After a protracted period of CDU being on life support of shortterm loans, the recapitalization and effective takeover of CDU on the cheap by the Chinese interests, will appear as a noble gesture.

    Your line, "We need a real tough management now to deal with the situation when arise." is wishful thinking. Given that the chinese effectively now control the board.
