    Someone might know something.. Takeover? Privatization??

    As previously advised, MCG continues to explore options which seek to enhance security
    holder value. Whilst various discussions with third parties have taken place and are
    ongoing, no formal offer has been received by MCG for any of its businesses or securities
    and no decision has been made by the boards of MCG.
