    I interpret this quote very differently from you it seems, but that's the beauty of the forum.

    in my opinion, an assessment of demand and placing things on "hold" does not provide a foregone conclusion that TGA approval will be applied for, quite the opposite in fact.

    More so, given the ambiguity of the sentence, I would argue that it is designed to be "ambiguous" and leave the door open to them announcing that it will not be pursued.
