I honestly believe they'll secure TGA approval, it would foolish not to. In hindsight the company would now be regretting not getting TGA approval early 2021. I'm sure they won't want to repeat that mistake. Not having TGA approval prevented any sales into India. Whether they enter the Australian market or not is another story.
maybe that Kinetic machine they have in storage in the US will be put to better use over there. maybe
