So reading those results looks like they managed 100% sensitivity up to Ct25 with combined nasal and throat sampling. How good can’t get much better then 100% and within a highly vaccinated population, have noticed quiet a few competitors run their trials in Brazil and South Africa.
This bodes very well for EU registration as it seems they are basing approvals on up to CT25…it also looks like they managed 87% odd for combined nose and throat sampling when combined results over and under CT25 were added together, when compared with others tests out there this is shaping up to be the market leader if larger Euro trial goes the same way.
From memory feedback from people here that did the trial it was self sampling as well not a health professional doing the sampling so possible that results could be improved.
