IMO, they have run out of time to do an effective cap raise.
The quarter is near its end. I just hope that revenue has increased dramatically AND they are close to some some kind of deal with somebody (anybody) which will bring in company saving $$$'s - forget about company making, concentrate on the saving.
We have had our (false start) glory days, now it is a salvage operation first and foremost.
