I've just been reviewing the AGM papers (my tardiness has been due to other pressing tasks). I think the structure for options are well considered, and will endorse them. AnteoTech is moving to a new level in its drive towards commercialisation. While we have been quite conscious of the need to change from an R&D company to one that is fundamentally commercial with strong marketing, with R&D still flourishing, it was pleasing to hear David make just that point so clearly in the recent webinar.

Sometimes I hesitate over endorsing the resolution for an extra 10% placement facility (with the standard 15%, it makes 25%); however, the Board may need that latitude if a JV or other part-acquisition offer arises. I am also voting for Ewen - I sense his fingerprints over the options conditions, and expect he will take considerable care in reviewing commercial arrangements that emerge, as well as advising on strategies.

Geoff and Chris have been mainstays, and I certainly want to keep them on the Board right now at this quite critical juncture.

So, now to my voting papers. Incidentally, I believe you can amend your online voting intentions at any time up to close of online voting, which is "no later than 11am (Brisbane time), on Tuesday, 15 November 2022".
