How does ASIC explain this practise which is only available to a certain few?
Answer: They don't. They ignore it.
Official corruption is not always something that is done, but often enough, something that is not done. In this case, declining to carry out their stated duties as regulator of financial markets.
Are any of our politicians onto this corrupt scam? Does it suit them to ignore this blatant corruption?
