I was probably questioning more the logic of the two divisions - I don’t have the background re shared R&D , customer base etc . It just appears that we fall in and out of love with energy or biotech but don’t seem to be progressing both or have the focus to really go after one or the other? Maybe I haven’t been around long enough to see the synergies. If there are no synergies then maybe create value by separating them and developing them separately or more focused partnering or a sale of the least promising to better fund the more promising.
The company was originally a biotech then along came energy and I am just not sure we have the consistent focus versus hedging our bets . A question not a judgement.
