Any stock MAY also rise substantially due to an announcement
Don't get why anyone would waste their time posting dribble about a stock they don't own. I could understand someone posting detailed negative analysis as some people enjoy researching stocks and posting about them, but the comments being made by this user lacks any substance whatsoever.
