we have been told that management will communicate with the market thru the 4 quarterlies, 1/2 yearly, annual report and when significant event are achieved in official ann's
I'm not a huge fan of it but this is how the company have told us they will act and the last 6 months there is clear proof of it happening
it's the no news is good news mantra. they have been up front on some bad (or necessary redirection news) with the eugeni program being shut down and some staff leaving or being moved on.
they have also given us a couple of comprehensive updates on the 22/2 and 23/5. hopefully get one each 3 month period.
so with the June kpi's, IMO we will be updated on those in the quarterly in the next few weeks.
since the new year apart from the quarterlies, 1/2 yearly and 2 updates we had only had 2 MOU announcements and the rest only being housekeeping.
but with the last update we were told that the pilot plant with a capacity of 8K litres has been upgraded to a production facility of 20k litres with a design to scale up to 80K litres. in the past a definite announcement
as well in the last update a lot of information about Anteotech's micro silicon anode being cheaper, faster charging and with significant performance improvement.
in the last 2 articles from Manuel and Ewen we were told
- "We actually have a unique focus on the way we are building our high-silicon anode. There are companies in the US that are producing high silicon for about $100 per kilowatt hour. Our comparative cost is $1 per kilowatt hour, and we use a lower grade of metallurgical silicon that is cost-effective."
- “AnteoTech’s silicon anodes contain up to 90% of silicon, where mass-produced cells currently contain silicon at levels that are lower than 10%,”
- "So, if you have an EV, we can increase the range by up to 35 per cent by moving to silicon."
it was all in 2 obscure articles that most people would never read, as well as in the company update mixed in with bulk other info. again in the past an announcement would have been made. (even I could write a ripper announcement on those facts)
this is the way we have been told the company will communicate and it's the way they have communicated. no amount of complaining on h/c will change it. it's difficult at times but investors just have to except that things are moving forward as we have been told or if they can't, there is always the sell option.
IMO the next 3 months will be the period to judge management. they have given us many kpi's that if they are achieved will need to be announced, as well as funding will have to be addressed.
- Entry into at least one commercial partnership to develop new POC offerings by end of Q1FY24.
- Commercial agreements with at least 2 new PoC development companies by end of Q1FY24
- Targeted expansion of distribution agreements with at least one global company by end Q1FY24
- Construction commences on Anteo X production facility
- Development agreement/s with EV company
- Targeted Commercial agreement – Trinseo
going to be a very important 3 months. management has announced that we are part of the leading pack of battery technology development. we'll see if management can commercialise it in the next quarter.
