I think we need to stop cutting management slack - this idea that no news is good news is absolute rubbish. when you say you will deliver something in June and its documented and presented to shareholders then you have a responsibility to deliver on it or report IN ADVANCE when you see that the delivery date may slip.

Eg "we encountered some unexpected issues that will result in a delay on delivering on xxxx but otherwise discussions are progressing ..."
Thats how you manage expectations and develop investor confidence.

For all we know these deals may have all fallen through - and they are under no obligatiion to tell us that hence silence is a real concern.
