Shooting the breeze on ADO, page-91

NMN has become one very popular supplement. Today because I would be nearby seeing my Doc.
I called in to The Prahran Health Foods store again.
I bought the last bottle of 60 Veggie capsules of California Gold Nutrition NMN Flavonoid Complex
By Lavitol.

I was told they were stronger - 1 per day. So now this will be 3 different brands and they have supply

For the oldies - a while back clumsy here managed to skin myself badly in a fall onto a bird bath.
So badly it ended up being dressed regularly by a specialist nurse.
At the time Doc suggested I had a bone scan to test density.
A decent fall ending with broken bones in someone older can be the start of a slippery slope.

I've since been having 6 monthly injections of Prolia to stop loss of density.

Today I got great news that bone density in my hips has improved by 6.1% and increased by 3.8%.

I just thought I'd pass this on. It may be of interest to others and I hope it helps someone.
