I agree with your point somewhat, but from the "breadcrumb" information that has been displayed here there certainly seems as though there have been a number of developments that we, as shareholders and the actual owners of the company, have not been privy to.
I would be extremely concerned if ADO had been refused ASX announcements for this information, so therefore gather that ADO have been active without relevant market updates.
In either case it's not fair to either the potential "investor" of "current owner / shareholder".
Being kept in the dark is not the intent of ASX continuous disclosure obligations.
I'm really pissed at this and will seek clarification from the company in this regard.
