@mjc159 my Doc also has me on Ostelin Calcium and Vitamin D3 and Blackmore's Bio Magnesium
High Dose.
I do like that she hasn't a problem with some non script tabs.

When I first went to her I had high blood pressure too. A few changes by me and I was off those in no
time.

I got terrific advice on another thread when I sought help about leg cramps from other HC members
as well. Doc was most impressed with what I was drinking or rubbing Magnesium cream into my legs.

I ended up going private for vein surgery after scans she ordered too.

I've always been into a good diet and avoided Docs except for skin problems. Way too much sun for
skin like mine.
Got to be cut out kid - I'll do you at the end of the day - BCC or SCC. He got it right every time.

I packed him up when I saw him draw up the local - I'm not a bloody horse I screamed. LOL
And use fine silk will you - I'm not a bag. Someone I knew well but has now retired.

XAO looking good going into April by the way. Hopefully ADO gets to enjoy the ride because now
I think we are being capped and a few clever sods are accumulating. Don't tell everyone that.

Compared to so many I feel as fit as an ox and plan on rocking on this rock for a few more years yet.
