Anyone's guess - the asx has been pretty fickle the entire year. But when the announcement at end of July came out regarding the appeal, the price went over 3c. And the dilution since has been bugger all in percentage terms especially given the external noise of the markets and oil prices etc.
As for a fair price, IMO higher than that but once traders have got Gil of stocks it seems to take some time before fundamentals kick in. Whatever the price, still a way off till break even on this so guess will have to put up wit the down rampers that always seem to appear on this forum, else put them on ignore.
