    Further to that, if the board wanted to extract the most value for shareholders, should they be launching Canada and UK and pushing them hard prior to selling us off?? Surely we would be worth much more after that revenue is coming in.

    The argument to the above would be "oh but there is an offer we cannot refuse at the moment ", but that would be complete bollocks because that offer intrinsically undervalues the business. Sure, if the offer was made at a premium then yes that argument could be made, but not for 90 cents / share or whatever crap it was.

    It goes back to my point that we aren't suffering, we don't need cash, there is no need for us to sell ourselves out cheap. If someone likes the look of us they need to pay a huge premium, not liquidation value...
