    ... it is not the shops centre that is the cnp problem - it is the financing of these shopping centres .... they borrowed too much money !!!...... and cannot repay ...maybe they will never be able to repay - hence SELLing of shop centres ... to cash up and pay ....$$$$$$$$$$$$
