    To answer...would u see yourself not visiting malls? Working full time...when day off...u want to socialize...take family to walk around...tood court...shopping...rather than stuck at home do online shopping all the time?

    good modern malls never die...yes... retailers will struggle but they will consolidate thier business....closing under performance stores n focus on popular malls store and online.

    small brick n motars store in cdb or off street will be closing ...so the winner will be popular malls ..
