At the end of June, we had 9,7K shorted shares. Since June the number has increased gradually and now we have 19,2 K shorted. At the same time the number of traded shares has decreased and so the "days to cover" is now 7. It was 2 weeks earlier under 2. It looks to me that only those who are shorting or otherwise manipulating the share price are those who are trading. I do not think that there are many investors at all in the ATH markets, neither in ASX nor Nasdaq. Investors have already done their deals if they want ATH shares or want to get rid of them. News has not any difference, perhaps sometimes for a few hours.
IMO, only real cash-positive news will change this, such as PBT2 commercialization news or else.
