There is no right or wrong here!
The market ( aka anyone buying and selling shares) determines the price - yes even the shorters!
You are looking at this wrong - the "market" is a forward looking instrument and the current exposed financial information is backward looking so there will always be a disparity between price and value!
On current numbers the company is not probably worth 1bil however on growth trajectory and market sizing it is probably worth multiples of 1bil!
Currently the "market" is a mix of people betting long and short term. Once the growth is exposed as consistent the price and therefore value will even out and the true value of the company will play out!
I for one am betting on the longside as the IP ( proven in market) is outstanding and the margins are incredible.
Value the company on sunk cost coverage + sales of 10mil multiples taking into account margin and you too will probably bet long!
