every day there is a new idea and apparently a new deficiency (ugliness is truly in the eye of the beholder) in the management of the company

it seems that management failed in not raising money when the SP was circa $2.80, hence leaving it now vulnerable to talk of cash flow difficulties
except that management has repeatedly said, and is still stating, that the company is self funding and not in need of a CR

so why didn't they do a cap raise at $2.80 and in effect exploit shareholders ... because that, I would suggest, would have been unethical
particularly when the view of the board at the time was that the SP was overvalued (why else would DW have allowed each of his directors to sell a token 100,000 shares)

I know for some this is strange concept to wrestle with, but poly is an ethical company producing a truly ethical product and not in the habit of exploiting its shareholders
holders who want to to be exploited should move on to MSB or AVH
