I don't think fund managers have that much influence over DW's investments.
But as far as Ukraine goes, its possible that donating some BTM for surgeons in Poland and Germany to try treating wounded might well lead to wider and earlier adoption than in the normal course of events. What is would mean is that European use will grow faster than the UK for example.
