Short Activity in PNV, page-2941

In the last six weeks I'd say it was the add/delete trade, but that's a complete guess. In the slightly more extended history, despite making progress in executing its growth strategy has been fine, but at least for now, it still has relied on external financing and the prospect of real earnings growth has been pushed out a little. That combination hasn't been a happy place for any company in that position. It's hard to see who the natural buyer would have been... growth managers have suffered, it doesn't fit in a value manager either. You can see from the director purchases that there's conviction in the company, so that's a positive. All that is historical though and things tend to change, as does risk appetite (probably the biggest driver in the short run)
