    Definition: Speculative
engaged in, expressing, or based on conjecture rather than knowledge.
    or
(of an investment) involving a high risk of loss.

If PNV were selling widgets to 16 year old girls that change their minds about purchasing decisions every hour, then I would agree with the assessment of speculative. But PNV is selling BTM to surgeons, SURGEONS, their purchasing decisions are definitely not based on conjecture. Safe to conclude that the foundations of PNV's business are not speculative.

Upon the solid foundation of BTM purchases by surgeons, cash flow break even, revenues growing +5% monthly and recent significant insider share purchases, the high risk of loss appears highly unlikely at this stage and looking forward.

An opinion that PNV is 'speculative' is itself increasingly speculative as each month passes.
