so i took a quick look on Glassdoor, its an employee review website and can give a glimpse into whats it like working at polynovo and any glaring issues
there are 7 reviews (a small number but expected for a small company):
-2.5 rated, this is very very very bad. ive not seen a score this low for sometime. in australia where we have pretty good working conditions a rating of 3 is average. i think glassdoor average is 3.4. aiming for 4-4.5 is where a lot of companies want to be to give a message of good culture and place to work
- everyone has said the tech is cutting edge and revolutionary: this is great to see- often you see employees say the product isnt competitive in certain areas
- poor work culture in port melbourne but positive in the US.
it says the management in melb is a boys club, messy, over worked (common in smaller start up) - this says to ke there is a bit of unhappiness with the management in melbourne office in 2021. not sure about 2022
so i took a quick look on Glassdoor, its an employee review...
