yeah albacin i really like how the US team is forming up tbh. ive looked at the employees and their background and there are some really good people in the US working for Polynovo. im very confident at least over the next 2-3 years unless we see a mass exodus of staff from the US that we will continue to see rapid growth in the US. given that accounts for 80% of company sales at the moment thats great.
with the current appreciation of the USD against AUD i hope they hire more people from the US at the moment too , taking advantage of the foreign currency
i admit i am not across the US labour market as much as Australia. i dont know what they pay reps in the US or if they would have a similar commission structure to Australia. likely different base salary and similar commission structure.
im fingers and toes crossed we get a end of year up date next week. id love to see another quarter of strong growth
