Partly true. Regal have Craig Collie to advise them, but they are also free to ignore what he tells them since value and market cap are different things. Their strategy is no doubt dominated by the trading desk who thinks the market cap should be half of what it is, just like Jun Bei Liu who no doubt is also short PNV and long ARX (which hasn't done her fund that much good).
