Short Activity in PNV, page-3690

Hi ddwn, in answer to your question of why shorters didn't close some of their short positions when DW was buying, here is my opinion:

05/05 PNV PRICE $0.865 Open shorts 10% (This was the day the mighty DW started buying shares)
30/05 PNV PRICE $1.300 Open shorts 11.5% (50 percent shareprice increase despite heavy shorting of 1.5%)

DW bought over 4 Million Shares between 05/05 and 26/05 and that was enough to assist the shareprice with a 50 percent jump. In fact short sellers had to pour about 10 Million fake shares into the market to keep the price somewhat under control! Without that fake liquidity (at high risk to themselves) the price would have easily gone back over $2 per share imo 2 months ago! And who knows where it would be today? Perhaps over $3 already? For shorters its all about creating and controlling a false market, they are in there every day with their algos and fake liquidity controlling the price unlike mums and dads who invest and then don't manipulate share prices. The shorters problem is when a whale buyer comes along it is easy to explode the myth they have created with their fake shares. DW spent $4 - $5 Mill. buying over 4 Million shares in that period, and with other buyers coming to the party it was enough to push the price 50 percent in a few weeks despite heavy shorting (approx. 10 Million fake shares) trying to control things. The shorters problem will be how to buy back all those many millions of shares without the PNV price exploding. And Polynovo is soon to be cash flow positive.
