Those are reasonable enough to consider. Norges Bank is one of the biggest sovereign wealth funds in the world and are active participants in securities lending. They know it is controversial for some people, so they wrote about some of the issues that a long term holder must consider. It is imho reasonably balanced, but you can read it and make up your own mind, in addition to what other people have written.
