Some facts: Since the lows in May when DW got involved and the shorts began to cover, there have been 4 drawdowns >$0.20, the largest being $0.37.
Conclusion based on facts; Expecting a $0.50-$0.60 draw down is a low probability scenario, not impossible though. Expect the short sellers to generate some volatility to shake out recently acquired weak hands, but unlikely required to take it down that far to get a relatively small amount of liquidity. Risk/Reward for the short sellers doesn't make sense given that strong hands have already held through the lows while sentiment and news flow has turned strongly positive.
