Its obvious to all of us by now that the shorts are looking for liquidity to cover and they found a chunk at $2.20.
I fully expect them to whip the sp around a bit to shake out remaining weak hands. However, with strong hands already well tested, the shorts know that meaningful liquidity to continue covering will be found at levels beyond $2.20. Its possible that we see upward step-changes in the sp to mitigate the risk of a full blown squeeze, time will tell...
