The 10.8m cross trade on Friday 11th was definitely a part of the covering.
You can't hide these sized numbers easily. And as I was stating all along, these guys are not idiots - they are well informed, capable, and have lots of "means" at their disposal.
At worst case - still 29m to go and PNV is sitting around $2.15
