It is possible the short brigade think that because PNV is ploughing money into growth and is not "profitable" that there can be another flush out of the ASX 200. That would be folly IMO as this is a very different stage for the company. It may be that despite their best efforts the company may turn a small profit which would upset some apple carts and shonky narratives. Also there have been some big dollars moving in and out which are nothing to do with short sales so that is another risk.
