No, it was a long series of 1 share trades or dumps to ensure that the market closed down 20% and is quite common too. You call it what you want. In my eyes it is blatant market manipulation without any shadow of doubt. Anyway, if the regulators ignore this sort of action, so be it. It's them that are badged as ineffective and incompetent. It won't stop me calling it out at every opportunity though.
