Yesterday: 40,892 short sales and the sp is up slightly.
In between price sensitive announcements they don’t have to work hard to close existing short positions. This approach has worked quite well for them.
Of course it is helped by nonsense broker “analyses”… and when aggregate shorts are minuscule the broker re-ratings will commence.
