Sorry that you have lost faith in PNV but however consider the fact that growth stalled under SR much to the surprise of all investors long and short.
Was he doing such a stellar job job in driving growth and profitability? I say no.
If the board can’t give the CEO a kick up the arse (figuratively) who can?
If the CEO feels hard done by and potentially bullied well that’s been up for debate and we will probably never know the facts, period.
I didn’t buy into PNV for wokeism, I bought in for financial gain and this period in the company’s future needs a firm hand at the wheel, a nice guy SR seemed to be but the runaway success CEO , no.
Further more if you had done some due diligence on DW and how he operates you are getting exactly that. Brash, outspoken, smart, ballsy and most of all successful. My kind of Chairman.
A strong character that wants success not only for himself but shareholders alike and he is the first to sing employees praises when merited.
Go woke go broke is so true, I invested in PNV to make money, if the board was compelled to oust SR he obviously wasn’t doing a good job and was the wrong fit going forward.
Good luck on your future investments , just don’t be surprised at a missed opportunity where the SP will be in the future imho.
