Agree. I believe that Swami did many great things. I expect that he may have taken his eye off the ball a little when looking at such things as the bottom lines of accelerating growth, profits and market perception of the company.
Correct me if I'm wrong by all means, but was this the first appointment for Swami as a CEO? Perhaps lack of experience in this one crucial area was the problem. I accept that we will never know the complete story and in my opinion that is how it should remain. The company and CEO parted ways, which is normal, acceptable and the way of successful company leadership as they pass through the many stages that all companies go through or try to go through.
In my opinion both David Williams and Swami deserve credit for the many things that they got right so far on this every exciting, miraculous and hopefully 'never ending journey' of Polynovo through time and space. May Polynovo's miraculous uplifting of the human condition worldwide continue indefinitely, for the benefit ofALL.
