I have a feeling DW might retire/step away within about 18 months - long enough for the new CEO to settle in.
I think someone said he is 71 now so from that perspective it seems quite possible.
Also I think if he honestly evalutated his performance in leading PNV the last 5 years he would agree that a 50% decline in share price does not warrant one keeping their job. It will be time to let someone else have a go and bring some fresh skills and perspective to the company.
