I would say that perhaps Swami believed in a strategy he was comfortable with and DW had other ideas and it led to arguments that morphed into personality conflict. DW has a substantial financial stake in the company and he's not getting any younger so he's looking for faster returns. Whether or not that is realistic I couldn't say. I think there are a lot of things in progress that will take time to mature but they will drive future steady growth, which matched Swami's vision. I'm yet to understand how DW thinks he can improve on that but maybe has has a plan.
