On the 29th May 2020 the share price was $2.75, fast forward 5yrs to the day 29th May 2025 and the share price is $1.30!
While I disagree about a dividend at this point, your point above is valid; annoying. When DW went down this path to fuel sales by building a sales force (and sales support staff, and further scale in manufacturing to be fair), the share price has disappointed. The market has changed since Covid valuing business' with free cashflow and a solid balance sheet. At the same time it hasn't reverted to reward positive announcements etc.
I will be interested 5 years on from 2020 to see if in 2026 financial year will see PNV retained a greater free cashflow or not, as that appears to be the limit of the market likes in PNV, ..... at this point. As mentioned previously, I think 'long term" holders are being thwarted by the trading games. I'm hoping this pattern will be broken sooner than later.
