Thanks for that. There has been substantial covering going on virtually every day. Some days we have 1m+ shares reported sold short, but the aggregate doesn't increase.
And yes, I guess many could have made money by opening and closing shorts in that downward period.
But none of that changes the fact that as of 10th May there are 69,774,750 shares left uncovered. And as of now, that is what matters. Its a VERY big number and percentage (10.54%) of SOI.
